During the GA Fest event, a new promotional video for the second season of the anime Slime Taoshite 300-nen, Shiranai Uchi ni Level Max ni Nattemashita (I’ve Been Killing Slimes for 300 Years and Maxed Out My Level) was revealed. The video confirms that the premiere is scheduled for April 5 in Japan and showcases a snippet of the musical themes, which include:
- Yui Ogura will perform the opening theme titled “So⭐️Lucky”.
- Aguri Onishi will perform the ending theme titled “Eeny, Meeny, Miny, Moe”.
Meanwhile, Morita Kisetsu and Benio began publishing the light novels through SB Creative in 2016. A manga adaptation by Shiba has been serialized on Square Enix’s Gangan Online website since June 2017. The first season of twelve episodes aired during the Spring 2021 season (April–June) and consisted of a total of twelve episodes.

- Kunihisa Sugishima (Code Geass: Hangyaku no Lelouch, Yu☆Gi☆Oh! Duel Monsters, Speed Grapher) will direct the second season at Studio Teddy, replacing Nobukage Kimura and Studio Revoroot.
- Naohiro Fukushima (Eden of the East, My Isekai Life: I Gained a Second Character Class and Became the World’s Strongest, Fanfare of Adolescence) will oversee and write the scripts, replacing Tatsuya Takahashi.
- Hikaru Kodama (KonoSuba: Legend of Crimson, Steins;Gate 0) will handle character design and serve as animation director, replacing Keisuke Goto.
- Keiji Inai (Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon?, The Misfit of Demon King Academy, Tensei Shite Shison-tachi no Gakkou e Kayou) will return to compose the soundtrack.
Synopsis of Slime Taoshite 300-nen, Shiranai Uchi ni Level Max ni Nattemashita
The very ordinary office worker Azusa Aizawa suddenly dies from overwork. For this reason, she decides to live a peaceful life in the mountains as an immortal witch in a 17-year-old body after reincarnating. Her main source of income comes from defeating the slimes that populate the area to collect magic stones, which she sells to the Guild in town. In addition to that, she often makes medicinal herbs.
