Synopsis of Hell Teacher Nube
What seems like an ordinary day at Dōmori Elementary School is often disrupted by some strange phenomenon, usually targeting one of Nube’s own students. Nube is forced into action, most often using the power of his Demon Hand to resolve the issue. However, sometimes the solution lies in another of his spiritual weapons or in reasoning with or pacifying the threatening entity.
In the end, everything always seems to return to normal, and both Nube and his students come away having learned something from the experience. Most of the series follows an episodic format, foregoing an overarching plot in favor of character-focused action. However, there are several recurring antagonists and a few longer story arcs toward the series’ end.
