The official website for the anime adaptation of the manga Fire Force (Enen no Shouboutai) revealed a new promotional video and visual for the project’s third season. As previously confirmed, this will be the final season and will be split into two parts, scheduled for Spring 2025 (April–June) and Winter 2026 (January–March).
Atsushi Ohkubo serialized the manga in Kodansha’s Weekly Shonen Magazine from September 2015 to February 2022. So far, two seasons comprising a total of 48 episodes have been produced, airing during Summer 2019 (July–September) and Summer 2020.

Synopsis of Fire Force
Shinra Kusakabe, still haunted by the childhood trauma of losing his family in a fire, bears both the blessing and the curse of being a third-generation pyrokinetic—someone who can control fire at will. Meanwhile, Infernals (first-generation pyrokinetics who spontaneously turn into fiery demonic beings) terrorize the streets of Tokyo. Recognized for his abilities, Shinra joins Company 8 of the Special Fire Force, one of many brigades formed to combat these Infernals.
While working with the Fire Force seems to fulfill a lifelong calling, Shinra quickly learns that becoming a hero is far from easy. Infernal sightings intensify across the country, and even his fellow brigade members struggle to unite against these threats. To make matters worse, Shinra’s past resurfaces when he encounters a mysterious cult. As he strives to uncover the truth, Shinra finds himself at the center of a conspiracy aiming to engulf the world in flames.
