Synopsis

Steins;Gate is a science fiction thriller that follows Rintarou Okabe, a self-proclaimed mad scientist, who, along with his friends Mayuri Shiina and Itaru "Daru" Hashida, accidentally discovers a way to send text messages into the past using a modified microwave they call the "Phone Microwave." Their seemingly innocent experiments soon spiral out of control as they uncover the true potential—and dangers—of time manipulation. Each message sent alters the timeline, leading to unforeseen consequences and creating a chain of events that threaten not only their friendships but also the fabric of reality itself.
